We have an exciting opportunity for an Event Staffing Manager to join our team for SUMMER 2025 and to work closely with a prestigious live music venue in Halifax!

This role is predominately based ‘on-site’ but will include occasional office and admin support.

Then look no further… Arc Hospitality are looking for an Event Staffing Manager who will be focused on recruiting and staffing for some of the biggest events across Yorkshire.

Shifts will be from approx Mid-May – September 2025. Hours will vary dependent on needs of the business and our event schedule, pay is hourly. This will be preplanned and on a rota basis.

You will need good weekend availability throughout as majority of hours will be across Thursday- Monday.

This role will be a mixture of office based while we recruit, staff, and organise the events and a large part of the role will be on-site delivering the staffing requirement to the clients specifications, communicating with the client and other on-site manager, and managing team member welfare.

On-site duties:

Ensure the smooth arrival of all staff to site and signing them in
Deployment of staff to their work areas
Staff welfare and any potential conflict management – must be confident in dealing with issues on-site calmy.
Regularly liaising and communicating with the client on site
Providing on-site support to all staff and clients
Assisting with the collation of staff working hours and processing timesheets

Office Duties:

Recruiting and training candidates with a priority towards our Halifax venue
In addition to the above assisting the in the staffing and recruitment at other venues across Yorkshire.
Processing timesheets and invoices

You will actively play a part in the successful recruitment, onboarding and life-cycle of our casual Team members, including right to work compliance checks, screening applications, and ensuring staff training is completed. You will be go-to person for advice and support to help guide many of our casual workers and manage their expectations on a day-to-day basis. As aforementioned this is all with a priority leaning towards our key site in Halifax.

You will need to be comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
