Whether operating a dedicated sushi section or supporting wider kitchen operations, you must be confident stepping into new environments and adapting quickly to different teams and service styles without issue.</p><p>We are looking for skilled, reliable Sushi Chefs who represent themselves professionally and consistently produce high-quality dishes.</p><p>Experience in high-volume service, luxury hospitality, or event catering is highly desirable. However, if you have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in fast-paced professional kitchens with strong sushi expertise, we would love to hear from you.</p><p>You’ll also have the flexibility to work across various venues and events, choosing shifts that suit your schedule.
