Arc is looking for experienced Bar Managers to join our team at Drumsheds London, working across its busy programme of large-scale live music and electronic events.


Drumsheds is one of London’s biggest event venues, welcoming thousands of guests for major shows and club events. We’re looking for confident, experienced managers who are comfortable leading teams and delivering fast-paced, high-volume bar service.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading teams across busy, high-volume event bars
  • Managing fast-paced service throughout large-scale events
  • Supervising bar set-up, service and close-down
  • Deploying and managing bar staff effectively throughout shifts
  • Monitoring queues, service speeds and stock levels
  • Maintaining licensing and responsible alcohol service standards
  • Motivating your team and maintaining high standards during busy periods
  • Working closely with Drumsheds, client and Arc management teams


What we’re looking for:

  • Valid Personal Licence – essential
  • Previous Bar Manager or Bar Supervisor experience – essential
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-volume bars
  • Experience at large-scale events, festivals, music venues, stadiums or arenas is highly desirable
  • Confident managing and motivating large teams
  • Strong knowledge of licensing and responsible alcohol service
  • Calm, organised and able to make quick decisions under pressure
  • Reliable, professional and a strong communicator
  • Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
