We are Arc and we are looking for experienced Kitchen Porters to work on some of London's most popular venues!
These shifts will be assisting in operating in the kitchens, cleaning plates, cutlery and loading pots and pans into dishwashers. The Kitchen Porter is the most important role in the kitchen operation!
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning & sterilising countertops, kitchen tops, ovens and sinks
- Cleaning kitchen once it's closed
- Washing dirty dishes (cutlery, plates, etc.) + loading pots & pans into dishwashers
- Removing kitchen waste and disposing of properly
Please note this is a physical role, you will be moving stock and equipment.
You will need some previous KITCHEN PORTER experience, this is fast paced.
Shifts will vary but will include weekends and may be up to 12 hours +. We are a flexible agency so you can pick and choose your shifts! However, we are looking for a good level of availability to have a consistent team work, week on week.
Pay Rate: From £11.44ph* (£12.82ph including Holiday Pay)
*Some venues do pay higher - London Living Wage = £13.15ph (£14.74ph incl Holiday Pay)
The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the UK.
