Pay Rate:

Team Leader: £13 base per hour + holiday pay = £14.56 per hour

Cashier/Pourer/Bar Staff: £12.60 base per hour + holiday pay = £14.12 per hour

VIP Hospitality/Runners/Hosts:£12.60 base per hour + holiday pay = £14.12 per hour

We’re recruiting a large team of Retail and Hospitality staff to deliver top‑tier service across this high-profile sporting occasion.

With FREE return transport from Bristol city centre to the venue and back, it’s easier than ever to join one of the most exciting events of the year.

What We’re Looking For:

Retail Roles (Team Leaders, Cashiers, Pourers)

• Previous experience in bars, retail, or event environments
• Confident serving drinks, pouring pints, or handling tills
• Ability to work quickly while delivering great customer service

Hospitality Roles (Bar Staff, Runners, Hosts, VIP Hospitality Staff)

• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, VIP service, or large-scale events
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-focused mindset
• Confidence working in premium hospitality areas or fast-paced bars
• Runners should be comfortable carrying trays, restocking areas & supporting service teams
• Hosts should be polished, personable, and confident engaging with guests

For all roles:

• Friendly, reliable, and a committed team player
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills

Experience at stadiums, arenas, festivals, or high-volume event settings is a huge bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Retail Roles

• Serving drinks at high-volume bars
• Operating tills or mass-dispense systems
• Keeping queues moving and guests happy

Hospitality Roles

• Serving guests in VIP lounges or hospitality suites
• Providing table service, running food, or supporting bar teams
• Greeting and hosting VIP guests with exceptional service

All roles include:

• Working in an energetic, fast-paced live-event environment
• Representing Arc with professionalism and enthusiasm
