We’re looking for ‘people who love people’ as we hope that each and every guest who visits Knowsley Safari experiences “The Best Day Out Ever”. This centers around positive guest engagement, being respectful and welcoming, understanding and empathetic and relies on you using your initiative to enhance their experience.


We are currently recruiting for Membership team.


Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer enquiries in person, on the phone and by email
  • Maintaining our membership Database
  • Completing Admin tasks within the department


Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT Skills


Needs of role:

  • Flexibility to work varying days of the week.
  • Hours per week can vary from 6 hours per week (one shift) during term time through to full time hours during School holidays


Information on Department:

  • Open Saturday & Sundays all year round
  • Open Monday – Friday also during School Holidays
  • Admin work required at least x1 day per week M-F during Term time


This department works with a core staff of 2 – 3 people.

We are looking for candidates with some previous customer service experience, ideally in retail. You will need good availability and MUST be available weekends.


If you are successful with your application, you must be willing to work on a flexible basis. Hours will vary depending on the needs of the business and time of the year. Working days will include weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, school holidays and evenings.


PAY RATES:

16-17: £7.54 + Hol Pay, TOTAL: £8.45

18- 20: £8.65+ Hol Pay, TOTAL: £9.69

21+: £11.49 + Hol Pay, TOTAL: £12.88
