Arc is recruiting Retail and Customer Service Staff for a range of busy events and venues across Glasgow at the end of June 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll be part of the front-line team helping deliver an excellent customer experience. Duties may include:
  • Serving customers and handling transactions
  • Supporting retail stands, kiosks, or customer service points
  • Helping guests with queries and directions
  • Keeping work areas clean, organised, and well stocked
  • Working efficiently in a busy event environment


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with customers
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced environments


Must be 18 or over
