Arc Hospitality Recruitment is hiring experienced Bar Staff to work one of the UK’s most exciting boutique electronic music events this summer – Labyrinth Open Air at Tofte Manor.
Set within the stunning grounds of Tofte Manor in Bedfordshire, Labyrinth Open Air is known for its world class electronic music line ups, immersive production, and unique festival atmosphere. We are now building our bar team for all 4 event dates across July.
Event Dates:
📍 Labyrinth Open Air – Tofte Manor
Fri 3rd July
Sat 4th July
Sat 11th July
Sun 12th July
🚗 Own way only (free parking available onsite)

Responsibilities:
• Serving drinks on busy festival bars
• Pouring pints and serving packaged products quickly and efficiently
• Delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced environment
• Keeping bar areas clean, organised, and stocked
• Working as part of a large event bar team
Requirements:
• Previous bar, pub, festival, or hospitality experience required
• Confident working in busy, high volume environments
• Friendly, reliable, and able to work well within a team
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
Please note: You must be able to make your own way to and from Tofte Manor for these events.
