Arc is now recruiting experienced bar staff for Houghton Festival 2025 – a standout event on the UK festival calendar known for its incredible sound systems, extended DJ sets, and intimate woodland setting.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 6 months' bar experience – ideally in festivals, pubs, or events
Confident pouring pints, handling high volumes, and working fast
Friendly, reliable, and always ready to jump into action
Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
Passionate about music and providing great customer service
You must be able to MAKE YOUR OWN WAY and there is FREE CAMPING ONSITE

Previous experience working at music festivals or outdoor events is a huge bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Serving drinks in high-volume, fast-paced bar environments
Using mass dispense systems or selling packaged products
Keeping the energy high and queues moving
Supporting a smooth and responsible bar operation from start to finish
