Arc is recruiting experienced Event Staff to join our vibrant Festival Team for an incredible season of live events. From intimate Candlelight Concerts to large-scale, multi-day camping festivals such as Gone Wild Festival, Houghton Festival, New World Festival, and Powderham Festival, no two shifts are ever the same.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Serving drinks at high-volume festival bars using mass-dispense or packaged systems
  • Scanning tickets and welcoming guests
  • Providing friendly, helpful customer service and directing patrons
  • Keeping queues moving and energy high
  • Working long shifts in lively, high-energy settings


What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, festivals, events, pubs or bars
  • Confidence serving drinks and working at speed
  • Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player
  • A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Aged 18+ with the right to work in the UK
