ARC Hospitality Recruitment is looking for experienced Hospitality Managers, Team Leaders, Supervisors and Box Waiters to join our team at a prestigious events in the Lingfield area.


These are premium hospitality events where great service, attention to detail and a professional approach really matter.

👔 Roles & Pay


🥂 Box Waiters / Hospitality Waiting

£12.71 per hour + holiday pay =£14.24 per hour including holiday pay – over 21

£10.85 per hour + holiday pay =£12.16 per hour including holiday pay – under 21

Work within premium hospitality boxes, providing professional and attentive table service and making sure guests have a great experience throughout the event.

Previous hospitality experience is essential. Experience in private dining, hospitality boxes, racecourses, fine dining or premium events would be ideal.


🍻 Team Leader

£13.50 per hour + holiday pay =£15.13 per hour including holiday pay

Support the management team and lead the front-of-house team, helping to keep service running smoothly and ensuring consistently high standards.

Previous supervisory experience within hospitality is essential.


👔 Hospitality Managers

£16.50 per hour + holiday pay =£18.50 per hour including holiday pay

Take responsibility for the smooth running of hospitality areas, leading the team and ensuring guests receive an excellent level of service throughout the event.

Previous hospitality management experience is essential.
