CHEF’S OF ALL LEVELS

We are currently recruiting for temporary Chefs of all levels from chef de partie to head chef to work across a variety of roles from Restaurant and Hotel Kitchens to large events, sporting fixtures and more in the Manchester area.

You have the choice of ongoing contract work with set venues or flexible work allowing you to pick and choose your shifts and events.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join ARC, and our committed kitchen team, dedicated to delivering high quality, seasonal and locally sourced fresh produce to customers. As the successful candidate you will be expected to work as part of an ongoing kitchen team as well as using your own initiative at venues including sports stadia, racecourses, hotels, arenas and some of the UK's top heritage and tourist sites.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cook to specification
• Product Delivery, Standards and Innovation
• Liaising with Front of House Staff and Management.
• Stock Control, Waste Management and Finance
• Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Maintenance
• Be aware of and adhere to Health and Safety at Work, COSHH and other legislation at all times.

• Pay rate between £15-£20 per hour, pay does vary from one venue to another.
