This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a stunning setting, working alongside a talented and passionate kitchen team.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking charge of your kitchen section, delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and flair
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Upholding high standards of food presentation, taste, and hygiene
  • Managing stock levels, reducing waste, and maintaining budget control
  • Ensuring your section is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Chef de Partie role
  • Passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Calm under pressure, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • A great team player with strong communication and leadership skills
  • Eagerness to grow and develop within a top-tier culinary team
