Are you based near Cambridge and looking for regular festive work? Do you have bar or hospitality experience and enjoy busy, customer-facing environments?

Join Arc this Christmas to support the Cambridge Markets, plus additional events across the Midlands.


What you’ll be doing

  • Serving drinks in high-volume bar environments
  • Using mass-dispense and packaged product systems
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Working efficiently to keep queues moving
  • Supporting delivery in a lively outdoor festive setting


What we’re looking for

  • Previous bar or hospitality experience (pubs, festivals, events preferred)
  • Confidence pouring pints and serving at pace
  • Friendly, reliable and a strong team player
  • 18+ with the right to work in the UK
  • Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
