OVERVIEW
We are recruiting for experienced chefs to work at some of the UK's most prestigious events. Willing to travel from Liverpool down to Ascot, Wimbledon, Silverstone. All the way up to Scotland for The Open.
Some events go on for 7 plus days so there is a preference to work as much of this as possible to ensure consistency for the clients.
These circuit events are not for the feint of heart but they are rewarding & you will work & get to know some incredible chefs along the way.
Transport & accommodation is provided, but driving chefs are always a bonus.
You will work as part of a brigade of chefs to achieve a successful service for your lead chef. Working on A section and helping out where needed.
Experience in large scale Banqueting is preferable, but if you have a minimum of 3 years chef experience in fast paced environments, feel free to get in touch as hard working, skilled chefs with great attitudes are always welcome.
Pay between £17 & £20ph dependent on role & client.
You also have the choice of working with us at other venues/events and freedom to choose your shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties
· Cook to specification and opportunity for menu creation.
· Maintaining kitchen cleanliness to the highest standard
· Product Delivery, Standards and Innovation
· Liaising with Front of House Staff and Management.
· Stock Control, Waste Management and Finance
· Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Maintenance
· Be aware of and adhere to Health and Safety at Work, COSHH and other legislation at all times.
Benefits of working with us
