Experienced Sous chefs and Head chefs
Arc Hospitality
OVERVIEW
We are recruiting highly experienced Sous Chefs and Head Chefs to work with us across a variety of clients and venues in London and the surrounding areas.
These are senior chef positions suited to chefs who are confident taking responsibility for a kitchen, leading a brigade and delivering consistently high standards in busy, fast-paced environments.
You may be working alongside established kitchen teams or stepping into a kitchen where you are expected to take charge, so you need to be confident walking into a new kitchen, quickly understanding how it operates and leading service professionally and efficiently.
We are looking for experienced, reliable chefs who take pride in their work, represent themselves well and can maintain high standards even under pressure.
Experience within large-scale banqueting, events, hotels, contract catering or other high-volume environments is highly desirable. You should have substantial experience working at Sous Chef or Head Chef level and be comfortable managing a team during service.
You will also have the opportunity to work with us across other venues and events, giving you the freedom to choose the shifts that suit you.
This is a great opportunity to develop your career, build experience across a variety of prestigious venues and work alongside some of the industry's leading chefs and hospitality teams.
