Arc is hiring experienced Bar Staff to work at large scale live concerts and premium outdoor events across Bedford and the surrounding areas.

Delapré Abbey in Northampton will feature a diverse line up of artists and bands across 3 weekends of work!

If you are confident behind the bar, thrive in a fast paced environment, and love the buzz of live music and summer events, we want you on our team.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
  • Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
  • Keeping queues moving and spirits high
  • Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment


What we’re looking for:

  • Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
  • Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
  • Friendly, reliable, and a team player
  • Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
  • A positive attitude and great customer service skills
