Arc is on the lookout for experienced bar staff to join our team for Thetford Forest Live and top festivals across the country in 2026. Whether you’re a festival first-timer or a seasoned event pro, we want to hear from you!


What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be part of a high-energy team serving drinks to thousands of festival-goers. Your role will include:

  • Pouring pints, mixing drinks, and delivering top-notch service
  • Keeping your bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked
  • Working quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Following Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol service guidelines


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous bar or customer service experience (festival or high-volume is a bonus)
  • Friendly, reliable, and up for a challenge
  • Confident working in a team and under pressure
  • Must be 18 or over
