FB Solutions is seeking a proactive, organised, and confident Operations Manager/Supervisor to support our event operations across a range of live venues. ✨ Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager/Supervisor, you'll take ownership of ensuring our outlets and teams are ready for successful live events:
Outlet Setup - Preparing stock layout, setting up PDQs and ensuring all equipment is functional
Team Hosting & Onboarding - Welcoming and initiating agency staff, providing clear guidance and expectations for each shift
Equipment & Uniform Management - Issuing uniforms, radios, passes, and lanyards
Staff Briefings - Running clear, confident briefings before each event and communicating operational plans and safety information
Live Event Support - Being a visible point of contact for staff and Arena managers, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event
Closing Procedures - Overseeing end-of-day processes, ensuring venues are properly closed down and equipment is returned
Reporting - Submitting figures, writing event reports, and signing off staff post-shift
👤 What We're Looking For
Previous experience in event operations, venue management, hospitality supervision, or a similar role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
A practical, solution-focused mindset
Reliability, professionalism, and confidence when leading teams
