Pay Rate:

Operations Manager: Minimum of £16 + holiday pay per hour = £17.93 inclusive of Holiday pay

Till Staff: £12.21 base per hour + holiday pay = £13.68 inclusive of Holiday Pay

We’re looking for enthusiastic staff to join our Retail Concessions Team, selling sweets, popcorn, snacks, drinks, and merchandise across major event venues in Aberdeen.

What We’re Looking For:

Till Staff

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
• Confident operating tills and handling cash/card transactions
• Fast, friendly, and focused on great customer experience
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast-paced environment

Operations Managers

• Experience supervising teams in retail, concessions, hospitality, or events
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate staff in busy environments
• Confidence managing stock, queues, staff breaks, and customer flow

All roles require:

• A positive attitude and excellent customer service
• Reliability and teamwork
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK

Previous experience at large-scale events, arenas, concerts, or festivals is a huge advantage!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serving sweets, popcorn, drinks, snacks, and merchandise
• Operating tills and managing quick customer transactions
• Keeping service areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Providing exceptional customer service during peak event times
• Working in a lively, high-energy environment surrounded by music and fans

Managers will also:

• Support team members and oversee concessions areas
• Ensure smooth operations across busy event periods
• Liaise with the Operations Team and Venue to maintain high standards
• Complete stock checks, report figures and check staff in
