BAR MANAGERS & SUPERVISORS - PIECE HALL SUMMER SERIES 2026

We are recruiting for experienced BAR MANAGERS, CELLAR MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS to work the summer series of CONCERTS and MUSIC EVENTS at The Piece Hall (Halifax, HX1 1RE).
This will be ongoing work for the full SUMMER SEASON starting in June and running through to August! Events include an array of exciting artists including some throwback hits as well as some up and coming new bands.
Shifts will be mostly Wednesday- Sunday. There is an average of 3 shifts per week. Timings will vary but will be approx. 3pm - 12am for each event.
Pay Rates:
BAR MANAGERS - £16.50 + £1.99 HP = £18.49
CELLAR MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS- £15.00 + £1.81 = £16.81
What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading and motivating busy bar teams
• Delivering fast, high quality service during peak periods
• Running team briefings and setting clear expectations
• Managing stock, cash handling and bar operations
• Ensuring Challenge 25 and licensing standards are followed
• Working closely with the client and the Arc team on site
What You’ll Need
• Strong experience in high volume or festival bars
• Personal Licence (required for Manager roles)
• Confident leadership and clear communication
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Must be 18+
