Chef de Partie

Position: Chef de Partie (Temporary)

Location: Yorkshire

Salary: £17.00PH + HP = £19.05PH

Contract: Temporary

Arc are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Chef de parties for Race Day events in and around Yorkshire, we are looking for locals to that would be able to make their own way to the shifts. Responsibilities:

  • Manage your section as a Chef de Partie, ensuring high standards of preparation and presentation.
  • Support the kitchen team during busy periods, ensuring smooth service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Cook to the specs and standards of your head chef!


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, in large scale events or minimum 2 years’ experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude to thrive in a temporary role.
  • Level 2 food safety
  • Food allergen
  • Own knives and chef whites!!!
  • Own transport is essential to be able to work!
