Pay: £12.75 per hour + holiday pay, £14.28 total

On The Mount @ Wasing 2026 is here, and we are building our BAR TEAM for one of the UK’s most unique live music experiences.

Set within a stunning woodland amphitheatre on the Wasing Estate, this standout concert series brings world-class artists like Mika, The Pixies, Belle & Sebastian, Alabama Shakes, Ben Howard and Self Esteem to an unforgettable outdoor setting. Expect incredible music, beautiful surroundings, and an electric festival atmosphere across multiple dates.

Arc is hiring experienced Bar Staff to be part of the action across this incredible event.

If you are confident behind the bar, thrive in fast paced environments, and enjoy working at large scale live events, we want you on the team.

What you’ll be doing:

Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars

Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems

Keeping queues moving and service efficient

Working long shifts in a busy, high-energy environment

What we’re looking for:

Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues

Confidence pouring pints and working at speed

Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player

Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK

Positive attitude and great customer service skills
