Then look no further….Arc Hospitality are looking for a Staffing and Recruitment Manager who will be focused on recruiting and staffing for some of the biggest festivals and live music events across the UK.

This would be a 6 month fixed term contract from mid April- mid September to cover the key Festival period. There would be a possibility of an extension.

Your main responsibilities will be to recruit and staff the most suitable, well looked after team members to join Arc for the festival season, as well as having the opportunity to also work at other world-renowned venues and events that we supply to.

This role will be a mixture of office based while we recruit, staff, and organise the events and the other half of the role will be on site delivering the staff onsite, communicating with the client and managing team member welfare throughout the weekend.

What can you expect?

You will actively take responsibility for the successful recruitment, onboarding and life-cycle of our casual Team members, including right to work compliance checks, through to coordinating both in-person and online recruitment/induction sessions. You will be the go-to person for advice and support to help guide our casual workers and manage their expectations on a day to day basis.

You will need to be comfortable working independently as well as within a team.

This would be 6 month fixed term contract from mid-April to mid-September.

Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week.

Due to the nature of the industry, we operate a ‘5 in 7’ working pattern. Weekend working and some ‘long days’ will be required.

You will be based in either the Manchester or Liverpool office- this can be your choice.

Manager Salary : £27,565 - £31,700 based on skills/experience (pro rata based on the 6th month contract)

Who are we looking for?

We need people who are calm and have a professional manner when the going gets tough (and it will). You will need to be energetic and driven with a passion to help us deliver our recruitment and staffing targets.

Previous experience in one of or a combination of; casual staffing, temporary recruitment, festivals, events, is preferred.
