Location: High Street, Ascot, SL5 7JX. You must be able to make your own way to and from the venue.

Dates: Tuesday 16th - Saturday 20th June 2026, including one training day on either Monday 15th or Sunday 14th dependent on your allocation. You must be available for the entire event including your assigned training day.

Pay: From £13.50ph + Holiday Pay = £15.12ph including holiday pay

Arc are looking for friendly, polite, and enthusiastic individuals to work at one of the most prestigious racing events in the British calendar, Royal Ascot.

Successful candidates will be working as either Retail (Cashier bar or food, Bar back, Table Clearer, Food Service Assistant, Kitchen/Cellar Porter, Barista), Hospitality (Bar support, Plate waiter, Runner, Wine waiter, Lead waiter). Experience is not required as full paid training is provided for certain roles. Any experience that you do have, however, will strengthen your application. We are also looking for Cellar Porters, Logistics Porters, and Kitchen Porters.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous hospitality experience if preferred - plate waiting, bartending, wine waiter
Great customer service skills and a positive attitude
Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
Friendly, professional, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment

Festival experience is a plus, but not essential!
