Arc is recruiting experienced Event Staff to join our vibrant Festival and Events Team for an exciting season across Scotland. From atmospheric Candlelight Concerts to large-scale stadia events and major festivals, no two shifts are ever the same.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Serving drinks at high-volume bars using mass-dispense or packaged systems
  • Scanning tickets and welcoming guests
  • Providing friendly, helpful customer service and directing patrons
  • Keeping queues moving and energy high
  • Working long shifts in lively, high-energy environments


What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, festivals, events, pubs or bars
  • Confidence serving drinks and working at speed
  • Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player
  • A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Aged 18+ with the right to work in the UK
