Salary: from £16.00ph + Holiday Pay = £17.93ph**


We are looking for experienced and passionate Chef de Partie’s to become an integral part of our Arc team in Canterbury. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding food, maintaining high standards for our clients in Canterbury!


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes to the highest standard.
  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen as a Chef de Partie, such, sauce, or fish, and supervise junior staff within your section.
  • Ensure the consistent quality of food, presentation, and taste, working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment as a Chef de Partie.
  • Maintain strict health and safety standards, ensuring cleanliness and organization of your section.
  • Monitor and manage food stock levels, ensuring minimal waste and adherence to budgetary requirements.


What We're Looking For:


  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end, rosette kitchens.
  • Passionate about food with a creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and progress within a high-caliber culinary team.
  • Experience within events, stadia or similar
