Location: Leeds & Across Yorkshire – from city-centre venues to major events and everything in between!

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rates depending on experience but usually starting from £13/£13.50 per hour + holiday pay

We're looking for experienced, confident, and motivated Bar Supervisors and Team Leaders to join our growing Yorkshire team. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to get the best out of a team, we want to hear from you!

💥 What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and motivating bar and front-of-house teams
Supporting the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
Managing bar operations during busy events
Briefing staff and ensuring service standards are maintained
Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
Working alongside Event Managers and Operations Teams
Supporting stock control, compliance, and licensing requirement

🙌 What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a Bar Supervisor, Team Leader, or Hospitality Supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Confidence managing teams in busy environments
Excellent customer service skills and a hands-on approach
Personal Licence holders are desirable but not essential
Must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK
