Looking for flexible bar work at festivals, stadiums and major events around Exeter?

Arc is recruiting Bar Staff for a wide range of live events across Exeter and Devon for Summer 2026, including large outdoor concerts at Powderham Castle, festivals, and stadium style events.

Whether you want a few shifts here and there or a full run of event work, this is a great opportunity to earn money, gain experience, and be part of some of the biggest events in the region.

Important: You must be able to make your own way to and from shifts. Some multi day events offer camping, including Powderham Castle shows.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bar experience in events, festivals, pubs or bars
• Confidence working at pace in busy environments
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• 18+ with the right to work in the UK
• Reliable, professional and ready for fast paced shifts
• Festival or stadium experience is a bonus but not essential

Pay: 1st April onwards: £12.75 per hour + holiday pay, £14.28 total
