Location: Sunderland and surrounding areas

Pay:

From £14.75 to £18.49 for senior positions. You would also have access to lower level roles that come with a lower pay rate.

Job Type: Flexible, Matchday/Event-Based

Roles:

Room Manager - Responsible for front of house team and running of service in a Michelin Star restaurant.

Bar Manager - Responsible for Bar service and team.

Pass/BOH Manager - Responsible for running the pass as the main line of communication between the kitchen and service team

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated front of house staff to join our team at Premier League football clubs in and around North East and Yorkshire. We also work with multiple racecourses, stadia, festivals, hotels and much more in the Yorkshire Area and across the UK!

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in formal Hospitality settings and in similar roles essential.
Friendly, reliable, and a team player
Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
A positive attitude, strong leadership and great customer service skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working as part of an all-Arc Waiting Team in a formal Michelin Star restaurant
Leading our team before, during and after service.
Creating an all-round excellent match day experience for our guests.
