Arc is hiring experienced bar staff to join our team for the 2025 festival season – including All Points East, Mighty Hoopla & Lido Fesitval and other major music and cultural events across the capital.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 6 months' bar experience – pubs, bars, events, or festivals
  • Confident pouring pints, serving drinks, and working fast under pressure
  • Great communication, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK
  • Friendly and professional with a passion for delivering great service


Experience at previous festivals, stadiums, or large-scale events is a huge plus!


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serving festivalgoers from busy, high-volume bars
  • Using mass dispensing or packaged drinks systems
  • Working in a fast-paced environment where speed and service matter
  • Helping keep the energy high and the vibes strong
