Arc is hiring experienced Bar Staff to join our team at DRUMSHEDS for the 2026/27 season.

We’re looking for confident, experienced and reliable bar staff who can deliver great service in a busy, high-volume live music environment.

If you’re confident behind the bar, thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the buzz of huge live events, we want you on our team!


Experience is essential. DRUMSHEDS can get seriously busy, so you’ll need to be comfortable working at pace, serving large crowds and being part of a strong bar team.

With dates running throughout the season, this is a great opportunity to become part of a consistent DRUMSHEDS team and work multiple shows.


Show times will generally fall within:

  • Day shows: 11:30am to 10:30pm
  • Late shows: 4pm to 3am

What you’ll be doing:

  • Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
  • Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
  • Keeping queues moving and spirits high
  • Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment


What we’re looking for:

  • Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
  • Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
  • Friendly, reliable, and a team player
  • Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
  • A positive attitude and great customer service skills
