Victorious Festival, the UK's largest metropolitan music festival, is returning to Southsea Common, Portsmouth, from August 22–24, 2025. With headliners like Kings of Leon, Queens of the Stone Age, and Vampire Weekend, this year's event promises to be unforgettable

We're seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our bar staff team and help deliver an exceptional experience to our festival-goers.

Responsibilities:

• Serve beverages efficiently and responsibly
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
