We’re hiring bar staff to join our team for Westonbirt Forest Live 2025, with opportunities to work at other major festivals across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a high-energy team serving drinks to festival-goers. Your role will include:

Pouring pints and mixing drinks efficiently
Delivering excellent customer service
Keeping your bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked
Following Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Who We’re Looking For

Previous bar or customer service experience (festival or fast-paced environments a bonus)
Friendly, reliable, and ready to get stuck in
Confident working in a team and under pressure
Must be 18 or over
Able to make your own way to and from Westonbirt
OR Free transport from Bristol
