Job Type: Stadium Hospitality/Retail Managers and Supervisors
Arc is hiring experienced Managers and Supervisors to join our team in Leicester.
Manager: £17 base per hour + holiday pay = £19.05 per hour.
Supervisor: £13.50 base per hour + holiday pay = £15.12 per hour.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
- Confidence in all aspects of management. From training team members to stock management.
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
Previous experience at large-scale events or hospitality venues is a huge bonus!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Looking after a team within a hospitality/retail setting
- Ensuring smooth running of the room/bar you are managing
- Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
