Arc is hiring experienced Bar Staff to join our team at Northampton Saints for ongoing shifts throughout the season!

Arc is recruiting experienced Bar Staff to join our team at Northampton Saints' iconic Cinch Stadium for the 2026 rugby season.

This is your chance to be part of the action at one of England's leading rugby venues, serving thousands of passionate fans in a fast-paced and exciting match day environment. Whether you're looking to pick up extra shifts alongside work or study, or simply enjoy the atmosphere of major sporting events, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while working alongside a great team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
  • Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
  • Keeping queues moving and spirits high
  • Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment


What we're looking for:

  • Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
  • Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
  • Friendly, reliable, and a team player
  • Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
  • A positive attitude and great customer service skills
