What We’re Looking For

Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working quickly and efficiently
A friendly, reliable attitude and strong team spirit
Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
Previous experience at outdoor or large-scale events is a big plus

What You’ll Be Doing

Serving drinks from busy, high-volume festival bars
Using mass-dispense or packaged product systems
Keeping queues moving and customer energy high
Working long shifts in a vibrant, fast-moving environment
