Location: Delapré Abbey, Northampton

Pay: £12.75 per hour + holiday pay, £14.28 total

Dates: 11th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 24th, 25th July

Delapré Northampton Series is back, and we are building our BAR TEAM for a standout summer of live music and events.

Set within the stunning grounds of Delapré Abbey, this series brings a mix of live music, large crowds, and high-energy summer events to one of Northampton’s most iconic outdoor venues. Expect a vibrant atmosphere, great music, and a busy, festival-style environment across multiple dates.

Arc is hiring experienced Bar Staff to be part of the action across this exciting event series.

If you are confident behind the bar, thrive in fast paced environments, and enjoy working at large scale live events, we want you on the team.

What you’ll be doing:

Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars

Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems

Keeping queues moving and service efficient

Working long shifts in a busy, high-energy environment

What we’re looking for:

Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues

Confidence pouring pints and working at speed

Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player

Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK

Positive attitude and great customer service skills
