Arc is looking for experienced Bar Managers to join our team at Northampton Saints, working across an exciting calendar of ongoing matchday fixtures throughout the autumn and winter season.


Our first fixtures are 15th & 18th September, with plenty more opportunities to follow throughout the season.

If you’re confident leading busy bars, thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and know how to keep a team motivated when the pressure is on, we want to hear from you!


What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading teams across busy, high-volume matchday bars
  • Managing fast-paced service and keeping operations running smoothly
  • Supervising bar set-up, service and close-down
  • Managing team deployment, queues and stock
  • Maintaining licensing and responsible service standards
  • Motivating your team and delivering excellent customer service
  • Working closely with venue, client and Arc management teams


What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Bar Manager experience – essential
  • Proven experience in fast-paced, high-volume bar environments
  • Personal Licence holders are highly desirable
  • Experience at stadiums, arenas, events, festivals or other busy hospitality venues is highly desirable
  • Confident leading and motivating teams
  • Strong understanding of licensing and responsible alcohol service
  • Calm, organised and confident making decisions under pressure
  • Reliable, professional and a strong communicator
  • Ideally available for multiple fixtures throughout the season
  • Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
