Are you an experienced hospitality manager eager to join a talented and passionate team? Bring your expertise to elevate events and venues to new heights! We're on the lookout for passionate and skilled individuals to join our vibrant team in the following roles:


Expediting Back of House/Pass Managers

  • Ensure seamless kitchen operations and timely delivery of high-quality dishes.
  • Coordinate with chefs and waitstaff to maintain efficiency and excellence.


Floor Managers

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver top-notch service.


Bar Managers

  • Manage bar operations, from inventory to customer service.
  • Create an inviting atmosphere and craft memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Have a personal license? Even better!



Location: Manchester and opportunities to work at major events and venues in the UK!

Pay: £13.50 - £20 per hour depending on experience and role level

Job Type: Flexible, Event-Based

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
  • Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
  • Friendly, reliable, and a team player
  • Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
  • A positive attitude and great customer service skills


Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
  • Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
  • Keeping queues moving and spirits high
  • Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
