Got great bar experience and love working in a busy event atmosphere?

Arc are recruiting for experienced Bar Staff to work across some of London’s biggest live music and electronic events venues, including Drumsheds, Magazine London and Exhibition London.

Expect big crowds, loud music, high volume service and seriously busy bars.

These are fast paced rave and live music events where thousands of customers can be coming through the venue, so we are looking for confident bar staff who already know what they are doing and can step straight into service.

Previous bar experience is essential.

You will need to be confident pouring pints, preparing drinks, serving multiple customers, keeping queues moving and maintaining great service when the bar gets busy.

If you have worked in busy pubs, clubs, festivals, music venues, stadiums or high volume event bars, we want to hear from you.

Ongoing Work!

This is not just one event.

We have ongoing dates throughout the winter period across Drumsheds, Magazine London, Exhibition London and other venues across the capital.

You can choose shifts around your availability while having the opportunity to become part of a regular team working some of London’s biggest events.

Perfect if you want flexible work without missing out on regular opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Serving drinks on busy, high volume event bars
  • Pouring pints and preparing drinks quickly and accurately
  • Operating tills, mass dispense and packaged product systems
  • Serving multiple customers efficiently during peak periods
  • Keeping queues moving and delivering great customer service
  • Keeping your bar clean, stocked and ready for service
  • Working as part of a large, fast moving event team

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong previous bar experience
  • Confidence stepping straight onto a busy bar
  • Experience pouring pints and preparing drinks quickly
  • Experience working in fast paced, high volume environments
  • The ability to stay calm and professional when service gets busy
  • Reliability, energy and a strong work ethic
  • Great customer service and a team focused attitude
  • You must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK
