Pay: £12.25 per hour + holiday pay, £13.73 total

Arc is hiring experienced Festival Catering Assistants to join our team for the Urdd Eisteddfod 2025 – a six-day celebration of music, culture, and good vibes right on the South Wales coast.

If you’re confident retail caterer, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the buzz of live events, we want you on our team!

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail catering experience – festivals, events, or other hospitality venues
• Confidence preparing hot food, serving customers, and working at speed
• Preferably a fluent Welsh speaker
• Friendly, reliable, and a team player
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills

Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serving food from high-volume festival catering facilities
• Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
• Keeping queues moving and spirits high
• Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
