We’re looking for energetic and driven Event Onsite Staffing Managers to join our Festival Team for Summer 2026!


This role is predominantly based on-site across a variety of major UK festivals. To give you an idea, in 2025 we covered All Points East, Creamfields, YNOT, Houghton Festival and many more.

The role:

  • Roles run mid-May to late August (approx.).
  • Hours vary by event schedule; mostly Thursday–Monday.
  • Pay is hourly, with event allocations agreed in advance.


On-site responsibilities:

  • Coordinating smooth staff arrival and sign-in.
  • Deploying staff to work areas.
  • Overseeing welfare and handling any issues calmly and professionally.
  • Liaising with clients on-site.
  • Supporting staff and clients throughout the event.
  • Collating staff working hours and assisting with timesheets.

  • Pay rates for 2026 to be agreed following April rate increases. For context, 2025 Hourly pay was (monthly payroll):

Lead: £19.75 + HP = £22.13/hr

Junior: £15.75 + HP = £17.65/hr


What we’re looking for:

We need people who stay calm and professional when the pressure is on. You’ll be energetic, adaptable, and confident in managing teams and client expectations.


Ideally, you’ll have experience in one or more of:

  • Casual staffing or temporary recruitment.
  • Festivals or live events.
  • People or operations management.


A full UK driving licence and access to a car is highly desirable.
