Location: Birmingham City Centre (Major Arenas & Live Event Venues)

Pay: £12.71 per hour + holiday pay = £14.24 total

Arc Hospitality Recruitment is hiring Event Kiosk Staff to work at some of Birmingham’s biggest arenas and live entertainment venues, serving popcorn, sweets, snacks, and packaged food to thousands of excited fans.

If you enjoy fast-paced environments, customer interaction, and the buzz of concerts, shows, and sporting events, this is the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Serving popcorn, sweets, soft drinks, and packaged snacks from busy kiosks
Operating tills and handling fast-paced customer transactions
Keeping service quick, friendly, and efficient during peak times
Maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and food safety standards
Creating a great customer experience for event-goers

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in kiosk work, retail, hospitality, food service, or events (preferred but not essential)
Confidence working in busy, high-volume environments
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to stay upbeat and efficient during long, lively shifts
Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
