CREAMFIELDS SOUTH 2023 - BAR STAFF NEEDED
We are Arc and we are looking for bar staff for this amazing festival near Chelmsford. We are providing TRANSPORT from Liverpool City Centre.
This is a CAMPING festival so you must be available and commit to work the whole of the festival dates, Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th May. Staff coach will take you to site on Friday 26th and bring you back on Monday 29th.
If you live locally OR you would prefer to - you can make your own way should you wish and either commute daily or camp.
Welfare provisions will be available on all campsites which include: showers, charging points, hot water/tea & coffee/meals. Staff camping is provided but PLEASE NOTE: You will need ALL your own camping equipment. This is not provided.
You will also have a dedicated Festival Manager who will stay on site to manage the whole team from the moment you pitch your tent until you head home after the festival.
You will be working 2 bar shifts of 8+ hours over the festival weekend (timings may vary)
Payrate per hour: £10.50 + holiday pay = £11.76 total
Qualities we expect from you as one of our bar staff:
- Knowledge of Challenge 25
- Ability to interact with customers confidently
- Eager to work and a positive attitude.
- Good team working skills.
- Well-presented and punctual.
- Excellent communication and good command of the English language.
The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the UK.
