Chef de Partie – Michelin-Standard Fine Dining Temp work


Are you a skilled and adaptable Chef de Partie with experience in large-scale catering?


Join the Arc team as a Chef de Partie and cook at some of the region’s most exciting venues. As a agency Chef de Partie with Arc, you’ll support major stadiums, arenas, and event venues across Leicester and The West Midlands.

From match days and concerts to corporate events and exhibitions, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, high-volume food service.


Location: Leicester and The West Midlands


Job Type: Temporary


Hourly Pay Rate: £16.00 to £20.00 per hour + Holiday pay

About the Role:

  • Being flexible and responsive to the needs of each event
  • Working as part of a kitchen brigade for major events and match days
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Following set menus, portion control, and service guidelines
  • Preparing and cooking food for large crowds in fast-paced environments


Requirements:

  • 3 rosette to 1 Michelin level experience required as a Chef de Partie or above
  • Proven experience in large-scale catering
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Own chef whites, knives, and safety shoes
  • Ability to travel to various venues across Birmingham and the West Midlands
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergy Awareness (can be provided free of charge)
