Join Arc’s bar team for 3 days of non-stop music, great vibes, and country spirit at one of the UK’s biggest country music events!


Dates: Friday 22nd – Sunday 24th August

Role: Bar work – serving drinks in a fast-paced festival environment

Perks: Camping available all weekend. Soak up the atmosphere, enjoy great music, and earn while you’re there.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
  • Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
  • Friendly, reliable, and a team player
  • Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
  • A positive attitude and great customer service skills


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
  • Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
  • Keeping queues moving and spirits high
  • Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
