Seeking experienced Bar Managers - Immediate start!


Arc staff numerous festivals and event spaces around the UK and we are looking for Personal License holding bar managers to work on busy high volume bars!


Not only do we have work available now but we are also getting organised ready for the season, ensuring we have the best team prepped, trained and ready! We do not have a complete firmed up Summer calendar yet, however, by applying now and getting your application through - you will get first selection on what we have available AND you can also pick up work in any of our other venues/events before summer.


What will I be doing?


Festivals usually run Fri-Sun/Thurs-Sun with long hours. Bars are busy, often selling package products or using mass dispensing units.


Managers would need to be able to to brief large numbers of staff, manage stock, enforce challenge 25 and ensure responsible service to customers.


Experience working on festival/concert or high volume bars is preferred but not essential
