Arc is on the lookout for experienced bar staff to join our team for Lytham Festival 2025 – a spectacular five-day celebration of music, culture, and good vibes right on the beautiful Lancashire coast.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
Friendly, reliable, and a team player
Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
A positive attitude and great customer service skills

Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
Keeping queues moving and spirits high
Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
