Experienced Baristas required

At Arc Recruitment, we are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Baristas to join our diverse and exciting team.

Barista experience is essential.

We offer opportunities across a wide range of clients, from some of London’s top events to more relaxed corporate settings.

With us, you have the flexibility to pick your own shifts—working where and when you want—all easily managed through our app!

What our clients expect from our experienced Baristas:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• At least six months experience working with specialty coffee or at least one year in a regular coffee shop working with manual coffee machine (no automatic machines)
• Strong knowledge of various coffee drinks and milk frothing techniques
• The ability to independently operate a coffee machine and handle payments

Please note: If your CV does not demonstrate barista experience, your application will not be considered.

Standard Pay Rates (varies depending on role/venue):

£11.44ph + holiday pay = £12.82ph including holiday pay

Majority of venues: £13.15ph + holiday pay = £14.74ph including holiday pay

HOW ARC WORKS:

Once you have completed the application, you will need to complete a VIDEO application.

Successful candidates will receive a detailed Arc handbook, training materials and access to our online booking portal where you can control which shifts you apply for!

NOTE: To complete an online application you MUST be able to provide a valid Right to Work Document.
